LSUS Baseball series at HTU pushed back one day

AUSTIN, Tex. - The three-game Red River Athletic Conference series between the no. 6 LSU Shreveport Pilots and the Huston-Tillotson Rams has been moved to Saturday and Sunday of this week. Saturday will consist of a double header beginning at 1 p.m. and the series will conclude with the final game of the series on Sunday also at 1 p.m.

The sixth-ranked Pilots (23-3, 11-3 RRAC) come into the revamped weekend series having won four games in a row and nine of their last ten as they currently are in second place in the RRAC standings behind UT-Brownsville. In order for the Pilots to take over the top spot this weekend they need to sweep the Rams and have Northwood take two of three from UTB.
The Rams (3-15, 0-6 RRAC) have lost six games in a row as they looked to get back on the diamond since their last games was a double header loss to Prairie View A&M back on March 13.
