Park Cancels Wednesday's Game
SHREVEPORT, La. - The Park University Pirates canceled Wednesday's March 14th game against the LSU Shreveport Pilots that was scheduled to begin at 3:00. Weather canceled their weekend series with Williams Baptist and they are making that series up this week. The Pirates were also scheduled to play Texas College on Tuesday of the upcoming week and they have also canceled those games as well.

Pilots Sweep Texas College in double header
SHREVEPORT, La. - The no. 6 LSU Shreveport Pilots (19-2, 8-2 RRAC) swept Friday's double header from the Texas College Steers (10-15-1, 3-6-1 RRAC) at Pilot Field taking the first game 5-3 and winning the second game 7-0. The Pilots have now won five games in a row.

Baseball changes weekend series
SHREVEPORT, La. - The weekend Red River Athletic Conference series featuring the no. 6 LSU Shreveport Pilots and the Texas College Steers has been altered due to the weather forecast to now play a double header tomorrow (Friday) beginning at 4 p.m. with the final game of the series to be played on Saturday at noon.

Estrada claims RRAC Player of the Week Honors
WACO, Texas - Manny Estrada of LSU Shreveport and Anthony Seabolt of Bacone College (Okla.) were selected as the Red River Athletic Conference Baseball Co-Players of the Week for Feb. 27-March 4, while Marcos DeLeon of the University of Texas-Brownsville was picked as the RRAC Pitcher of the Week for the second consecutive week.

Pilots crush LSUA in double header sweep
SHREVEPORT, La. - The no. 6 LSU Shreveport Pilots dominated Tuesday's double header taking both games of the double header over the Generals of LSU Alexandria with a 13-3 win in game one and 16-5 win in the second game. The Pilots scored in every inning of the double header as they pounded General pitching for a total of 28 hits.
