Mouton's perfection wins series for Navy
SHREVEPORT, La. - The decisive game five in the 2012 Fall World Series saw a little bit of history as Jason Mouton tossed the first perfect game in FWS history leading Navy to a 1-0 win over Grey on Saturday afternoon at Pilot Field.

Grey powers past Navy to force Game 5
SHREVEPORT, La. - Grey pounded eight hits in route to a 7-0 blanking of Navy on Friday afternoon at Pilot Field to force the decisive Game 5 on Saturday. Rhett Gonsoulin and Kyle Pearson each had a pair of hits and RBI's to help boost Grey to their first win since Game 1 on Monday.

Game 3: Navy edges Grey to take series lead
SHREVEPORT, La. - Navy defeated Grey in Game 3 of the 2012 LSUS Fall World Series on Wednesday night at Pilot Field 3-1. Pitching was much better all-around for both teams after last night's walk-a-thon in Game 2. Navy takes a two-games to one lead in the best of five series format heading into the off day.

Navy takes Game 2 to even series
SHREVEPORT, La. - The Navy team posted all six runs in the bottom of the third to topple Grey 6-3 on Tuesday night to even the 2012 LSUS Fall World Series at one game apiece. Allen Degges had the big hit, a bases clearing double to put Grey in front 3-1.

Stakes are high for the 2013 Pilots baseball team
SHREVEPORT, La. - The 2012 baseball season for the LSU Shreveport Pilots was one for the record books posting an overall record of 54-6, a record that could only happen in the video game world. The Pilots finished third at the Avista-NAIA World Series simply because they ran into the hottest team in the country, the Tennessee Wesleyan Bulldogs. The Dogs top this year's NAIA Baseball Preseason Coaches' poll and the Pilots are no. 2.
