Pilots take down AUM to remain unbeaten in post season
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The no. 6 LSU Shreveport Pilots took down the host team the no. 10 Auburn University at Montgomery Senators by a final score of 7-5 on Saturday afternoon at the AUM Baseball Complex in the 2011 NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round. The Pilots advance to the Championship Game for the first time under the new post season format.

LSUS and AUM postponed until 11 AM Saturday
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - The no. 6 LSU Shreveport Pilots and the no. 10 Auburn University-Montgomery Senators will resume game number five on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. The game was halted as it headed into the bottom of the fourth inning for a lightning delay that soon became a rain delay. The storm pounded the ballpark with enough rain to stop play for the day.

LSUS Baseball heads to Montgomery for Opening Round
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The NAIA announced on Sunday evening that the LSU Shreveport Pilots baseball team will be the no. 1 seed in the NAIA Baseball National Championship Opening Round Bracket in Montgomery, Alabama. The Pilots will play Game Three (6:00 p.m. CST) on Thursday, May 12, against the winner of the first game of the day between the no. 4 seed William Woods (Mo.) and the no. 5 seed Huntington (Ind.).

Pilots breeze through RRAC Tournament
SHREVEPORT, La. - The no. 8 LSU Shreveport Pilots are eager to find out where they will play this year's NAIA Opening Round Tournament. Last season the Pilots were the no. 1 seed at Columbus, Georgia, and it is almost certain that they will be a no. 1 seed again this year but it will be somewhere else since Columbus is not hosting this year.
