International Student Admissions Information
LSUS welcomes superior international students for admission as freshmen, transfer students or graduate students. An international student is any student who is not an American citizen or does not have a permanent resident card or will require a visa to study in the United States.
International students must meet LSUS admission criteria and submit additional documentation; therefore, international students are required to meet application deadlines that are 90 days prior to the start of the term in which they seek enrollment.
The LSUS Admissions and Records Office assists international students by:
- Processing admission documentation
- Issuing I-20 forms
- Obtaining Social Security numbers for purposes of on-campus employment
- Processing other forms or documentation related to enrollment in and employment at LSUS.
