Important Information for Completing the Application
- Print off the application packet here and submit to the Admissions and Records Office via mail or fax at (318) 797-5286.
- Submit current shot records with application or have your doctor fill out the included Proof of Immunization Compliance.
- A $10 nonrefundable application fee is due upon submission of your application. The application fee may be submitted via check or money order with the application.
- Submit all applicable transcripts and test scores to the Admissions and Records Office by the start of classes.
Important Dates
- March 31 – priority deadline for international students to apply for summer semester.
- April 30 - application deadline for graduate studies for summer semester.
- June 2 – priority deadline to apply for undergraduate admission for fall semester.
Scholarships / Financial Aid
- The Application for Undergraduate Admissions serves as the application for all scholarships available at LSUS.
- Scholarships are awarded based on academic merit and financial need. Please contact Financial Aid for details at (318) 797-5363.
- The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is the application for all institutional, state, and federal need-based financial aid, including federal grants, loans, and work study as well as state programs such as TOPS and the Louisiana Go Grant.
