Department of Management and Marketing


The Management and Marketing degree programs are designed to prepare students with the competencies necessary for effective business management in the 21st century. The program emphasizes the development of interpersonal, technical, and conceptual skills that enable our graduates to assume a variety of leadership roles within today's organizations. As a complement to the major, students may elect a program of study that reflects coursework related to areas of economic growth in our community, the research expertise of our faculty, and projected employment opportunities for our graduates.

Classes are taught by thirteen full-time faculty.  Our degrees are accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS-SOC) and by the premier business school accrediting body, AACSB-International.
