Dillon Beniot
Dillon Benoit is a busy LSUS student. He is a member of Rotaract Club. Rotaract Club supports the community through donations and volunteering. For the past three year the organization has hosted a gala event to raise $30,000 for the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission. Dillon is also a member of the History Club. He is also participating in the LSUS Race to Win phonathon campaign to raise money for student scholarships.
Reason(s) for choosing LSU Shreveport:
LSUS has a good price for admission, down to earth teachers and is a pleasant place to be.

Doing what I love and of course what I do well in helped me decide.
Favorite thing(s) about LSUS:
I really enjoy the beautiful scenery, relaxed atmosphere and the people.
Career goal(s):
I want to be very successful at what I do and to make a difference in my community.
Best advice for first time freshmen:
Be consistent, persevere and work hard! Don't give up when it gets tough, study harder and don't be afraid to ask questions. But most importantly, get involved and have fun!
