Tips on choosing a major of career: Do research on the Internet to see which careers are hiring the most people (with the best benefits).
My toughest professional challenge: I limited myself to Shreveport after graduation. Don't do that. Search for jobs nationwide.
My toughest personal challenge: Trying to read continually so I can always improve - from books on marketing and self-improvement to negotiating techniques. Never stop learning!
