How I got to LSUS (or why I chose LSUS):
I had one "really fun" semester at LSU (Baton Rouge) right after high school at Captain Shreve. Then, after three years of bartending, I enrolled at LSUS.

Fond Memories of LSUS:
I met my wife, Lori. (Click here to read more about Lori! or click here to read Lori's version of how she met Bailey on campus!)

LSUS faculty who helped me:
Doug Sharp (worked me hard); Harvey Rubin (interesting and fun)

How LSUS helped me succeed:
Rigorous training from professors who care about my ability to succeed after school.

Advice to college-bound students:
Find something you love to do and work hard at it.

Advice to someone who wants to enter my field:
Pay attention to the details.

Tips on choosing a major or career:
Keep an open mind. You never know what will present itself.

My toughest professional challenge:
Finding, and keeping, good professional staff.

My toughest personal challenge:
Making enough time to spend with my wife and children, particularly during the filing season.

Successes (honors, awards, etc.) in my life:
Happily married. Partner at the best CPA firm in town.

I've learned this from life:
Everything worth doing requires personal effort. Sometimes it seems like too much. Do it anyway.
